∎ Minimum 10 years practical experience in related field.
∎ Must be honest, dynamic, dedicated and hard working.
∎ Should have multi-language skill.

∎ Bashundhara Training & Testing Center (BTTC) is registered institute under MoEWOE of Bangladesh. The BTTC has started its journey is the field of Human Capital Development through providing technical education and training since 2012. Our BTTC is an innovation and unique Expert Technical Trade Centre in Bangladesh for different criteria of technical trade. These courses have been found highly lucrative helping secure a great future for the aspiring candidate in various overseas projects. This institute is located at North-East Zone of Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. It is approximately 7 KM North East of Motijheel and approximately 2 KM north east of Rampura Bridge. Demra road is connected nearby south east. BTTC is widely spread with 50,000 Sft. This built up area of 40,000 Sft. with the facility to have easy approach to the center. It is well known professional Training & Testing center in Dhaka and is complimented for its being well operational with state of the art labs and skilled and experienced faculties for trade testing and also appropriate training and placement of the candidates. Now we are looking for potential candidate for the position of Manager i.e. Overall Supervisor of the center.

∎ Job Responsibilities·
∎ Direct & control overall Administration of the Training & Testing Center.
∎ Mitigate students & staff related disputes and look after disciplinary matters.
∎ Motivate and counsel the staff to ensure maximum productivity and profitability of the Center.
∎ Ensure cleaning and hygienic matter of the Center.
∎ Ensure general administration & human resources activities for the establishment.
∎ Overall supervision of procurement and storing system.
∎ Compliance with project related rules, regulations and guidelines.
∎ Compliance with applicable local and Government rules, regulations and laws.
∎ Implement policy and procedure for better control and effectiveness.
∎ Reporting to the Management.
∎ Supervise and direct the staffs to perform their duty smartly and effectively.
