Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Bashundhara Training & Testing Center (BTTC) is registered institute under MoEWOE of Bangladesh. The BTTC has started its journey is the field of Human Capital Development through providing technical education and training since 2012. Our BTTC is an innovation and unique Expert Technical Trade Centre in Bangladesh for different criteria of technical trade. These courses have been found highly lucrative helping secure a great future for the aspiring candidate in various overseas projects. This institute is located at North-East Zone of Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. It is approximately 7 KM North East of Motijheel and approximately 2 KM north east of Rampura Bridge. Demra road is connected nearby south east. BTTC is widely spread with 50,000 Sft. This built up area of 40,000 Sft. with the facility to have easy approach to the center. It is well known professional Training & Testing center in Dhaka and is complimented for its being well operational with state of the art labs and skilled and experienced faculties for trade testing and also appropriate training and placement of the candidates. Now we are looking for potential candidate for the position of Hostel Supervisor for the center.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have to reside in hostel.
∎ Able to build proactive working relationship with students, Institute authority, parents and staff based on respect and good support.
∎ Inform the students and Hostel Support Staff about the rules & regulation of the hostel and follow-up regularly.
∎ Maintain Students' and Hostel Support Staff's detail record and their attendance (in time & out time with their signature in a register book) properly.
∎ Sort out if they have any kind of problem and solve it and guide them as per hostel policy/rules and regulations.
∎ Take immediate action with the approval of institute management if any illegal activity.
∎ Obey and respect the institute rules and hostel rules strictly.Ensure security of hostel-by taking help of concerned authority.
∎ Recommending students' leave help to get approval from the concerned authority.
