∎ Proficiency in Arabic, English, and Hindi.
∎ Must be at least a holder of NSC in any Civil Trade, NTVQF Level – 2.
∎ Must be CBT&A Methodology Level – 4 certified;
∎ Must be physically and mentally fit.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct theoretical and practical class in Plumbing, Mason, Tiles, rod binding, Shuttering Carpentry.
∎ Follow CS, CBLM, Lesson plan & Other Training Guideline in class.
∎ Control Student in with friendly behavior.
∎ Prepare and review training Program.
∎ Conduct and evaluate training standard.
∎ Supervise maintenance of all tools and machineries used in training.
∎ Assess additional qualities like communication skills (especially in Arabic, English, and Hindi) and teamwork during test sessions.
∎ Act as the main liaison with delegates, ensuring clear and professional communication in Arabic, Hindi, and English.
∎ The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in handling overseas projects in countries such as UAE, KSA coupled with a strong background in construction jobs.
∎ Proven track record in construction engineering and managing complex infrastructure projects.
∎ Collaborate with delegates to address project requirements, resolve issues, and provide technical insights
∎ Any other task assign by management.
