∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates from Real Estate and Interior Designing trim Preferred.
∎ To develop & implement sales/marketing program.
∎ To achieve sales target as per company declared policy.
∎ Create marketing presentation and carry out formal presentation.
∎ Communicate with clients requirements and develop strong client relationship.
∎ To meet prospect client and make client database.
∎ To find newer segments of market.
∎ Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing high-caliber of services, and exploring and identifying all their needs.
∎ Manage clients/projects receivables and cash collections in light of monthly target basis.
∎ Oversee and manage a corporate team of sales executives/business development executives to achieve set targets.
∎ Marketing for interior design among the apartment and commercial space buyers at in house and from out house.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5 year(s) experience in any reputed Real Estate/Interior Sector.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area: Real Estate/Interior.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Polite, Smart, Intelligent and able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be Hardworking, Self-motivated
∎ Computer literacy is mandatory
∎ Ability to work under extreme pressure
