Experience:

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Agricultural Science Graduate with Masters Degree.

• Preferably MS in Agronomy/MS in Seed Technology/MS in Crop Botany/MS in GPB.

• Age At most 40 years

• Proven track record and skills are required to lead big seed production team and hand on experiences on Hybrid Rice production.
• Experiences in the R & D field may be added an advantage.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the Hybrid Rice seed production with renowned seed company

• Plan and execute Hybrid Rice seed production activities as per company requirements.

• Day to day field monitoring and ensuring Hybrid Rice seed production activities during the growing season

• Ensure all field QC related matters and post harvest activities (Field to Pacca Chatal).

• Prepare budget and maintain all types accounts ledger of the whole project.

• Report to AGM (Seed) in regular basis work under HoO (Seed) supervision.

• Oversee the different seed production activities in Block Level.

• Manpower planning and actively involve with payroll system during the season.

• Assist to company audit team for clarity.

• Perform GOT and prepare report on growing seed variety to HoO (Seed).

• Any other stipulated works assigned by company management.
