• Diploma in Agriculture

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 2-3 Years’ experience in relevant area for Ag. Diploma and minimum 3-4 Years Experiences for general Graduate.

• Target-oriented Seed Potato Production through Contract Growers or own Lease Land.

• Candidates having experience related to Contract Farming Seed Potato Production will be preferred.

• To select Seed Potato seed Production base or Block on basis of land quality, irrigation & drainage facilities

• Prepare block approval documents and timely submit to the Supervisor.

• Arranged Farmers meeting and complete Agreement with Contract Growers.

• Impute distribution among the contract growers properly and timely.

• Regular field visits & provided technical support to the contract growers.

• To maintain Spray schedule Insecticide and Fungicide for quality of seed potato production.

• To ensure the quality seed potato production by contract growers.

• To ensure proper Field Curing, Shade Curing, Sorting and Grading of Seed Potato.

• To ensure the Roughing of seed potato field properly.

• To ensure Seed Potato Collection and Storage smoothly.

• All data collection & update regularly of farmers and seed potato field.

• Maintain Stock and all Documents regularly.

• Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
