Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline preferably in statistics / MIS from any Public University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and strengthen CZM monitoring and evaluation procedures;
∎ Monitor and evaluate overall progress against planned project activities and intended results;
∎ Assist the project personnel in enhancing understanding on M&E and use of M&E tools;
∎ Ensure systematic capturing and flow of relevant and reliable data from field-offices/projects;
∎ Develop and strengthen CZM monitoring and evaluation procedures;
∎ Monitor and evaluate overall progress against planned project activities and intended results;
∎ Assist the project personnel in enhancing understanding on M&E and use of M&E tools;
∎ Ensure systematic capturing and flow of relevant and reliable data from field-offices/projects;
∎ Prepare need-based and periodic (monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/annual) progress reports;
∎ Develop plans for baseline survey, mid-term and final evaluations; prepare appropriate survey forms and ensure data collection, validation, entry and analysis; and reporting as per plan;
∎ Undertake field visits, identify bottlenecks in implementation and suggest corrective measure;
∎ Participate in strategic and annual planning workshops, periodic review meetings and provide inputs in reviewing implementation strategies and procedures.
∎ Perform other duties as required

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years of working experience in M&E / MIS / Research department of any national or international Organization.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable for highly deserving candidate
