• Master’s degree in education or a related field from a reputed university.

• Experience in curriculum design and assessment planning.
• Eager to work in a team-oriented, value-driven environment.
• Basic IT Skills (Microsoft Office, Browsing & Email, etc.)

• Participate in the planning and budgeting of institute programs.

• Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate all academic activities.

• Oversee office management, including furniture, documentation, banking, and building maintenance.

• Organize student games and cultural events and manage corresponding budgets.

• Handle correspondence with government officials and monitor legal matters.

• Provide educational support and track student academic progress.

• Maintain the cleanliness of facilities and ensure a satisfactory living environment for residential students.

• Manage staff responsibilities and performance.

• Establish an effective Management Information System (MIS) for monitoring and reporting.

• Oversee student admissions and promotional activities.

• Submit progress and financial reports to supervisors regularly.

• Remuneration will be between Tk. 36,000 and Tk. 50,000 or maybe negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

• Two festival allowances, each equivalent to the basic salary, will be provided.

• Increment will be added as per the institution`s policy
