Responsibilities & Context:
Set up and ensure proper functioning of lab tools and equipment.
Guide students through lab activities, ensuring they follow procedures and safety protocols.
Monitor adherence to lab safety guidelines and maintain a secure environment.
Conduct hands-on demonstrations of experiments and technical tasks.
Oversee inventory, order supplies, and ensure availability of materials.
Assess and provide feedback on students` practical work.
Keep detailed records of student attendance, performance, and lab activities.
Collaborate with staff to align lab activities with curriculum goals.
Address and resolve technical problems with lab equipment.
Revise lab manuals and instructional guides as needed.
