Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering (Wet processing) from reputed University.
∎ B.Sc. Engineer (Chemical)
∎ M.Sc in Chemistry

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the production shifts of a big washing plant of daily capacity about 40,000 pcs.
∎ To be directly involved with the wet process department, including planning, production follow-up and quality.
∎ To be able to efficiently trouble shoot problems during bulk production.
∎ To be able to work independently.
∎ To be able to provide active assistance to wet process production including direction on recipe and chemicals to achieve buyer standard.
∎ Must be able to communicate in English (Verbal and Writing).
∎ To have adequate knowledge about gmts wet processing procedure specially for denim .
∎ Should have capacity to control and reduce re-wash.
∎ Should have sound knowledge to control shade variations.
∎ Need to independently handle a technical and production team accordingly.
∎ Should have knowledge regarding MRSL and RSL management during use of chemicals.
∎ Should have knowledge about Fabrics specially denim as well as good idea of washing chemicals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Must also possess adequate knowledge on overall woven garments, especially denim. Must understand the process of sewing, quality and shade approval.
∎ Must have experience of yarn dyeing & Garments Dyeing.
∎ Conversant with computer application.
∎ Willingness to work long hour.
∎ Communication skilled.
∎ Know how about production planning & coordinating.
