Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for aiding employees in designing, developing, and delivering learning and development programs that enhance their skills, knowledge and capabilities.
∎ Actively engage in identifying key challenges that can be addressed through training and development initiatives.
∎ Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify training and development requirements across all departments within the Company.
∎ Collaborate with Division/Departments to create training programs and ensure the effective implementation of development plans based on TNA results, delivering measurable outcomes.
∎ Organize training materials and oversee training programs within the allocated annual budget, maintaining records for all employee training and development activities.
∎ Monitor the execution of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual training plans for assigned departments.
∎ Track and evaluate the progress of trainees through training modules, providing feedback to the Management.
∎ Plan and deliver engaging training sessions to enhance the skills of staff members.
∎ Coordinate both internal and external learning and development programs.
∎ Ensure mandatory staff training programs such as Company Orientation and Induction.
