Responsibilities & Context:
Financial Strategy: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide regular variance analysis.
Cash Flow Management: Oversee treasury functions, monitor cash flow, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure all tax filings are accurate and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
Leadership: Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy and professional development.
