Job Responsibilities:
∎ • The selected candidates will be responsible to ensure quality of knit garment products (of a specific garments Unit consisting 1100 Machines) in every step of production from cutting to packing and shipment.
∎ • He should be able to find out faults in the garment making process, take immediate corrective actions and should set the quality norms in such a way that rejections of the garments are minimized.
∎ • The selected candidate has to Plan and handle quality assurance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum quantity of quality products.
∎ • The candidate should have thorough hand on experience to lead, train and motivate his team members to ensure right quality products at all times.
∎ • The Candidates should have minimum 10 years of practical experience in the quality department in Knit Garment Industry, out of which at least 3 years in Asst. General Manager position.
∎ • Candidates should be able to establish quality parameters in that department.
∎ • He should have the knowledge to ensure quality on each manufacturing process of garments from cutting to packing.
∎ • He should have strong personality & proven leadership skills
∎ • The candidate should be sincere, self-motivated, dynamic & result oriented
∎ • Candidates residing in the adjacent area of Gazipur are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ • The candidates should have verse knowledge regarding Technical Audit. He should take responsibility to handle the FCCA/SQP/ QMS (ISO 9001:2015) Audit.
