Responsibilities & Context:
Setup execution plans to achieve monthly sales target aligned with the AOP.
Lead and follow-up team members on daily activities and priorities.
Regularly monitor/nurture leads and maintain the team’s `Andrew Grove` chart.
Regularly review sales strategies and share updates with the HOS.
Brainstorm new incentive policies based on existing customers and prospects.
Maintain the sales software without any lapses.
Provide sales training and product briefings on a periodic basis.
Conduct customer meetings both internally and externally.
Focus on initiatives to accelerate sales and project launches.
Collect market intelligence to support dynamic strategies.
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly team reports are submitted.
Address recruitment gaps and fill open positions promptly.
Ensure alignment of company culture in daily activities.
