• Setup execution plans to achieve monthly sales target aligned with the AOP.

• Lead and follow-up team members on daily activities and priorities.

• Regularly monitor/nurture leads and maintain the team’s `Andrew Grove` chart.

• Regularly review sales strategies and share updates with the HOS.

• Brainstorm new incentive policies based on existing customers and prospects.

• Maintain the sales software without any lapses.

• Provide sales training and product briefings on a periodic basis.

• Conduct customer meetings both internally and externally.

• Focus on initiatives to accelerate sales and project launches.

• Collect market intelligence to support dynamic strategies.

• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly team reports are submitted.

• Address recruitment gaps and fill open positions promptly.

• Ensure alignment of company culture in daily activities.
