Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure alignment of company culture in daily activities.
∎ Set monthly inventory targets and plan to achieve them.
∎ Regularly meet with team members regarding daily activities and priorities.
∎ Regularly monitor sales software regularly and maintain the team’s 'Andrew Grove' chart.
∎ Regularly review sales strategies regularly and share updates with the HOS.
∎ Brainstorm new incentive policies based on existing customers and prospects.
∎ Provide sales training and product briefings.
∎ Conduct customer meetings both internally and externally.
∎ Communicate effectively with relevant departments.
∎ Focus on initiatives to accelerate sales and project launches.
∎ Collect market intelligence to support dynamic strategies.
∎ Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly team reports are submitted.
∎ Address recruitment gaps and fill open positions promptly.
