- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ERP knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, transparency, and professionalism.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services
Source suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure cost-effective purchasing
Maintain vendor database and strong supplier relationships
Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance
Coordinate with Project, Engineering, and Finance teams
Monitor market trends and identify alternative sourcing options
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and documentation
Track inventory, deliveries, and process bills accurately on time
Conduct supplier evaluations and support cost-saving initiatives
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Civil Engineering
CSCP/PGDSCM certification preferred
Experience:
5–7 years in procurement (construction/real estate preferred)
