Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct continuous and proactive surveillance across key risk areas
Perform data analysis, transaction monitoring, and exception reporting
Identify unusual patterns, red flags, and potential irregularities
Independently initiate and carry out investigations, as required
Collect, verify, and document evidence in a structured manner
Prepare comprehensive surveillance and investigation reports with actionable recommendations
Maintain strict confidentiality of all surveillance activities and sources
Develop and maintain information channels, including whistleblower inputs
Coordinate with relevant departments for data collection, clarification, and follow-up
Monitor and report the status of corrective actions
