Responsibilities & Context:
Should have good knowledge about the washing machine, different washing procedure, and chemical action and all kinds of dry process activities.
To ensure smooth & efficient production by giving technical decisions & calculative follow-up.
To maintain accurate and reliable data for appropriate decision making.
To ensure cost minimization for auxiliaries & utilities.
Capable of the utilization of man, machine and material to achieve daily production target.
Must be able to ensure quality as per buyer requirement.
Candidate should have knowledge on:
Dry processing work for all kinds of pants & jacket items.
3D - Crinkle effects / Auto Woven
Grinding/Damaging
Mending with Stitching
Hand Brush
Scrunch/Crumple
Scraping
Tagging
Tint
Whisker
Laser and other special finishes.
Any other task as & when assigned by the Management
