Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a group of sales personnel of a large part of Bangladesh.
∎ To overall monitor and supervision of sales and marketing activities.
∎ To ensure the Preparation and implementation of the sales plan of the company.
∎ To make a market-wise yearly sales budget of the company.
∎ Conduct marketing research and define potential market segments for the existing/new products of the company.
∎ Monitoring team performance and motivating team members to reach individual targets.
∎ Develop and establish a customer service model that includes, customer communications and feedback, customer complaints management, and technical assistance components.
∎ Performing any other relevant jobs as management decides.
∎ Formulate, implement and review plans and policies for marketing management.
∎ To ensure effective coordination and cooperation with vendors, distributors/dealers, factories, the Marketing team, and the management for all marketing initiatives and business development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule
∎ Prepare content of sales presentations
∎ Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily sales Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales
∎ Reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
