• We require a Manager / AGM who possesses knowledge of fabric, it’s manufacturing, dying, printing, finishing and other relevant processes
• working experience with Buyer H&M, C&A, BESTSELLER,NEXT, INDITEX, Kontoor

• Ensure proper quality of fabrics (From fabric sourcing to shipment of garments) as per buyer requirements & management instructions.

• Resolve all kinds of fabric related problems as per buyer’s guiding & management instructions.

• Ensure that all test reports of fabric meet buyer’s technical requirements.

• Face buyers/ Auditors/ Inspections if needed to resolve fabric related technical problems.

• Support on any fabric issues, starting from sourcing, development, sampling, base test, lab-dip/strike-off/handloom, bulk testing, appearance, handle and color approval, garment washing, garment dyeing, etc.

• Co-ordinate with the merchandising, Quality, Sourcing, and design teams to understand fabric requirements and specifications for various collections.

• Work with fabric suppliers and assess their capabilities to meet our demands (as per management guidelines).

• Evaluate fabric samples based on color consistency, hand feel, composition, shrinkage, durability, and other relevant properties.
