∎ Age 33 to 40 years
∎ Candidates must be honest, energetic as well as good leadership.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have vast knowledge in yarn spinning, knitting and different fabrication.
∎ Commercial activities under different portfolio should have been carried in any situation.
∎ Should have an experiences of minimum 10 years in the respective field.
∎ Higher education from a well reputed institution is mandatory. Relative sector of Textile will be prioritized.
∎ Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including requisition, sourcing, evaluation, negotiation and contract management.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
∎ Finalizing the negotiation, Collecting the PI and providing the LC. Follow up the delivery and payment.
∎ Preparing the L/C transaction, follow up the commercial, import, shipping line, up to shipment and delivery.
∎ Ability to advocate fairly for your organization's best interests;
∎ Maintain relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for additional sources/vendors.
∎ Negotiate contracts, terms, and deadlines with vendors.
∎ Procurement management is a complex business function that involves the process of planning, managing and purchasing goods and services from external suppliers.
∎ Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies.
∎ Ensuring quality control and adhering to the company's policies and procedures on supply chain management will be some of your main priorities.
∎ Communication in both writing and verbal. Convey ideas and information through the use of different language, especially in Bangla and English.
∎ Report to the Managing Director, Chairman weekly, monthly.
