∎ Responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the dyeing process.
∎ Responsible for maintaining efficient operations.
∎ Responsible for meeting production targets.
∎ Responsible for ensuring that the dyed yarn meets the required specifications.
∎ Responsible for train of the workmen and supervisory staff on quality issues.
∎ Responsible for implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of dyed yarn.
∎ Responsible for communicating with other departments to coordinate workflow and ensure smooth operations.
∎ Responsible for follow-up delivery schedule.
∎ Responsible for minimizing production time & cost.
∎ Coordination with laboratory, sales and marketing departments for day-to-day production requirements and sampling activities.
∎ Responsible for shade matching in lab and dyeing.
∎ Co-ordination with the planning department for the dyeing program.
