Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall production (Cut-Sew-Fin of woven factory) Receives Production plan and coordinate with Industrial Engineering Department and necessary order sheet from Merchanting department
∎ Inventory of the material status against each order and will monitor progress of material received
∎ Ensures that sewing lines are properly balanced for target output
∎ Coordinates with Quality Team so that defective of faulty goods are not produced
∎ Provides job assignment to supervisors and other subordinates
∎ Ensures that sewing, cutting and finishing floor, machinery, toilet, dining spaces is neat and clean
∎ Ensures that all work stations are properly illuminated as per technical compliance requirement Arrange for continuous training of helpers and operators.
∎ Pr-production sample prepared and compared with the original approved sample.
∎ Ensures to pursue right works, quality and maintenance standard
∎ Ensures that materials are organized at each stage of processing
∎ Ensures that congenial atmosphere exists in the floor
∎ Makes right evaluation of performance of his subordinates
∎ Arranged for proper documentation of all the activities in the floor
∎ Production manager will make arrangement for right line layout machine layout
∎ As a leader he inspires unites employees for better works, better motivation and positive industrial relation
∎ Ensures that all the machinery are equipped with protective devices.
∎ Organizes per-production meeting or per-production activities to discuss relate issues
∎ Approved commencement of production against a work order
∎ Monitors progress of production against production plan.
∎ Makes best efforts to create congenial work environment what is called “win-win situation”.
∎ Coordinate with HR, Admin. & Compliance team to ensure smooth operation of factory
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
