∎ Bachelor or Diploma or Higher Secondary or A Level or equivalent or Secondary School Certificate or O level or equivalent (Educational Qualification may be relaxed in case of candidate with extraordinary ability and experience)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the overall weaving and sizing production
∎ Ensure that the entire weaving and sizing process is going good following SOP's
∎ Prepare monthly/weekly weaving and sizing plan considering shipment schedule
∎ Enhance the woven fabric production in line with global standard
∎ Maintain daily production target according to weaving and sizing plan
∎ Manage & increase efficiency considering quality standard
∎ Problems analysis, root cause identification, problem-solving and smooth operation of
∎ weaving and sizing section
∎ Provide support to a team of executives for better productivity and quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 65 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A solid Knowledge of Internationally Accepted quality requirements/procedures and ensure that those requirements are met
Salary: Negotiable
