Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Diploma or Higher Secondary or A Level or equivalent or Secondary School Certificate or O level or equivalent (Educational Qualification may be relaxed in case of candidate with extraordinary ability and experience)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall weaving production of the factory.
∎ Maintain weaving target production as per buyers’ specification & requirement.
∎ Maintain machine wise spare consumption report
∎ Prepares loom change instructions indicating changes in loom shedding, picking, beating-up, warp letoff, and cloth takeup motions according to weaving design.
∎ Scans cloth during weaving for defects in yarn, design, and loom setup.
∎ Production follow -up as per PPC Plan
∎ Generating/ maintaining MIS report like Breakdown of Machines, consumption report etc.
∎ Handling Manpower at Shift wise
∎ Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in weaving.
∎ Maintaining record as per SOP
∎ All other related task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 65 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A solid Knowledge of Internationally Accepted quality requirements/procedures and ensure that those requirements are met

Salary: Negotiable
