∎ Job Designation: Manager, Washing Quality Control (Only DENIM Product/Denim Washing)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and controlling the overall quality related activities in washing section
∎ Sound Keeping of necessary documents.
∎ Identifying the root-cause and action plans against any kind of quality related issues.
∎ Dealing with the buyers.
∎ Arranging regular training session with the workers and staffs
∎ Support the factory in providing a comprehensive quality assurance service to the Washing department from Sampling to Final Inspection.
∎ Responsible in implementing and sustaining Quality Management System in Washing Plant
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have strong denim/washing knowledge
∎ Shade sense
∎ Ensuring washing quality through problem solving techniques on a day-to-day basis so that the delivery matches the quality requirement of our buyers.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time management.
∎ Problem solving skills
∎ Good and strong communication ability in English.
Salary: Negotiable
