∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish, coach and guide the teams on process flow based on Pull/FIFO and aligned to organizations policy deployment.
∎ Establish ways to track order status at each key transition point, review frequently, feedback, involve people and solve all the delivery related issues within the given time frame.
∎ Zero cost of failure and Zero down time for Cutting
∎ Systematic problem solving and continuous improvement drive at all levels of the department.
∎ Create a culture of in-built quality and meet all key performance indicators such as OTP and DR.
∎ Give leadership and be an integral part of PCU.
∎ Manage the operations with utmost adherence to the local and international compliance requirements, prominence to safety and mutual respect at all levels.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor's Degree in Production Management or a relevant field of study from a reputed University
∎ 10 years' experience in Apparel Industry with at least 5 years' experience in a managerial position
∎ At least 5 years' experience in managing a sizable apparel factory as a Finishing Manager
∎ Sound knowledge in Commercial process
∎ Working experience in a double shift factory is highly desirable
∎ Strong leadership with sound intrapersonal skills
∎ Candidates with exposure to lean manufacturing will have an advantage
Salary: Negotiable
