Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, Diploma in Commerce, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible of Raw material warehouse & Finishing Goods
∎ Coordination with Team for import & Export plans
∎ Ensure & follow up of Loading & Unloading of vehicles - with in stipulated time line
∎ Monthly leftover reconciliation report & process as per SOP
∎ Ensure & follow up of GRN and Inventory records & submission to F&A on daily basis
∎ system updates and barcoding & Scanning of fabrics
∎ Ensure & follow up of the compliance requirement of WH
∎ Coordination for WH audits ( compliance/buyer )
∎ Monitor & Control - of Import shipments as per SOP (7 point check , quality conditions )
∎ Insurance claims /fabric replenishment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8-10 years of handling warehouse operations in RMG industry
∎ Qualification in materials management or degree
∎ Proficient with computer operations and hands on experience with any of the software pertaining to issuance/receipt of the material
∎ Excellent in people management

Salary: Negotiable
