Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting and coordinating with dealers and maintaining sales targets and goals.
∎ Develop integrated marketing strategies and sales plans for the development of products
∎ Conduct market research, market trend analysis and competitive analysis to identify threats and opportunities and develop marketing plans and activities accordingly
∎ Monitor market trends and consumer preferences accordingly
∎ Drive and monitor the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy and take necessary action to correct deviations
∎ Coordinate and participate in promotional activities
∎ Managing sales force team
∎ Ensure adherence to the sales process to achieve market share gains within key customers segment
∎ Ensure all marketing strategies adhere to the company’s ethical code of conduct
∎ Maintains contact and good relationship with all clients and ensures high-level client satisfaction
∎ Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market share, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business, establishing targeted market share
∎ Plan & achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Collecting recovery from the market.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Tyre & Lubricant sales combined experience will get preference.
∎ Good in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ Capable of working under pressure.
∎ Having a positive attitude towards the different working environments.
Salary: Negotiable
