Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Master’s Degree will be preferred.
∎ No third division, minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00.
∎ Candidate must be from a UGC-approved university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure existing rule based alert review on a monthly basis in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
∎ Develop templates and SOPs for TMU analysts for first level review and Team Leaders for second/third level review
∎ Perform periodic and random quality assurance on reviews conducted by TMU.
∎ Facilitate smooth communication with branches and AML&CFT Division for completion of the alert review process.
∎ Ensure complete and accurate submission of potential SARs/STRs to AML&CFTD.
∎ Review alert trends and analyze to provide inputs and areas of improvement.
∎ Contribute in new rule development, existing rule changes and system fine tuning
∎ Create awareness among branches and offices on rule based transaction monitoring and equip them with necessary information and insights for smooth alert management in system.

∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preferably minimum 5 to 7 years’ of experience in banking including 2 years in AML&CFT.
∎ Analytical ability
∎ Interpersonal skill
∎ Good English and Bengali writing skill
∎ Expertise in using Microsoft Office suit applications (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Power Point)
∎ Basic technical know-how to use Core Banking Software and other related solutions.
∎ Good English writing and communications skills
