Job Context:
∎ Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is inviting applications for the position of Manager (Training and Research) from competent candidates.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing and Conducting training courses within the approved budget;
∎ To organize and conduct Training, Orientation, workshop courses as per plan;
∎ To conduct training sessions for staff and beneficiaries as per schedule;
∎ To prepare of Training/ Orientation and workshop report and documentations;
∎ Assist to prepare Training Module, Schedule, Materials, and Curriculum outline for staff and beneficiaries;
∎ Assist in designing of Staffs and Beneficiaries training courses through TNA;
∎ To prepare monthly, Quarterly and Annual Training plan and progress report;
∎ Communication and Liaison with various programs, projects, and departments within the organization and outside;
∎ Participate in Various training, meeting, workshop, and orientation as per the management decision of the organization;
∎ Assist in developing annual Training plan and budget;
∎ Assist in developing annual plan and budget of Training unit;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Having 7 years working experience in the field of national/international training center/ institution at senior management level are encouraged to apply.
∎ Basic computer skills in MS Office.
∎ Exceptional facilitation skills.
∎ Excellent written skills including the ability to write reports, procedures/manuals, and various training materials. Must be skilled in instructional design.
∎ Ability to work independently and/or as a team in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
∎ Creative ability to include appropriate design layout of presentation/training material.
∎ Maximum 35 years (For more experienced candidates, the age limit will be relaxed)
Salary:
∎ Consolidated Tk. 30,392 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy. Next salary will be increased on the anniversary of joining in the service depending on satisfactory performance.
