Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement business plans, strategies, and objectives to meet organizational goals. Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary.
∎ Manage and allocate resources, including budgets, personnel, and materials, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
∎ Make informed and timely decisions on operational and strategic matters. Analyze data and information to support decision-making.
∎ Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
∎ Identify and address issues and challenges within the department or organization. Develop and implement solutions to overcome obstacles.
∎ Ensure that the department or team complies with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
∎ Depending on the role and industry, managers may be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years working experience in manpower sector is preferable.
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bangla.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail- oriented.
