Job Responsibilities:
∎ Controlling the measurement issues
∎ Follow-up pilot run process
∎ Control 1st 3 day (Ramp up)defect rate
∎ Follow up 1st day (Ramp up)efficiency
∎ Hold the pre planning meeting
∎ Follow up shrinkage fabric
∎ Follow up pilot washing process
∎ Follow up new innovation of style
∎ On time pilot hit rate
∎ Coordinate with sample room and issue an accurate /appropriate block to the production
∎ Before wash spec achievement
∎ Back to back and accuracy in line feeding
∎ Accuracy of specs in first output and whenever the version change
∎ First day efficiency and defect rate
∎ Washing first bulk before and spec achievements

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
