Additional Requirements:

- Proficiency in supply chain management tools and platforms.

Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement supply chain strategies specific to Digital Printing Machineries to enhance operational efficiency.
Should have rest knowledge regarding Overseas and local purchase.
Manage relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
Monitor logistics to make sure they run smooth delivery processes.
Maintain supply chain inventory, records and reports.
Build and maintain a strong network and collaborative relationships within and outside the organization with all parties that come in interaction (like vendors, suppliers, etc.)
Identify areas of cost control while working closely with Inventory team. Discuss possible actions that can be taken towards cost optimization, plan and initiate implementation after feasibility analysis.
Identify risk in the supply chain.
Work with Inventory team for making, implementing & monitoring effective procurement/ sourcing schedules & stabilizing the quantity limits for effective inventory control (minimum reorder quantity, etc.)
Train and guide related employees in relevant matters.
Resolve issues that come up delays in delivery, accidents and shortages.
Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.
