Experience:

• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Supply Chain Management
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Age 35 to 50 years

• Must have minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong understanding of inventory management systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth understanding of current supply chain management trends and strategies.
• Proficiency in supply chain management tools and platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies specific to Digital Printing Machineries to enhance operational efficiency.

• Should have rest knowledge regarding Overseas and local purchase.

• Manage relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.

• Monitor logistics to make sure they run smooth delivery processes.

• Maintain supply chain inventory, records and reports.

• Build and maintain a strong network and collaborative relationships within and outside the organization with all parties that come in interaction (like vendors, suppliers, etc.)

• Identify areas of cost control while working closely with Inventory team. Discuss possible actions that can be taken towards cost optimization, plan and initiate implementation after feasibility analysis.

• Identify risk in the supply chain.

• Work with Inventory team for making, implementing & monitoring effective procurement/ sourcing schedules & stabilizing the quantity limits for effective inventory control (minimum reorder quantity, etc.)

• Train and guide related employees in relevant matters.

• Resolve issues that come up delays in delivery, accidents and shortages.

• Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.
