Education:

BBA/MBA from any reputed university.
Training in Marketing Management, Brand Development, or Sales Strategy will be considered an advantage.

Additional Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, and market development.

- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh if required.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Responsible for Plaza Development including plaza display work, Smart Corner establishment and management & plaza activation support.
- Provide sales support through effective branding & display initiatives.
- Manage new & existing distributor’s house branding support (display work, outdoor activities, POSM, etc.) to enhance sales performance.
- Support sales team with nurturing distributors & ensuring brand visibility.
- Oversee new brand shop establishment under Walton Corporation.
- Assist in the execution of government and corporate tender projects.
