Job Responsibilities:
∎ Trims in-out control, Systematic inventory control, discuss with mrch/commercial dept if any shortage, damage, wrong receive. Shortage trims follow up with merchandiser/supplier. Manual register develop each buyer, each PI.
∎ Trims reconciliation with folder, highlighted to concern person if any shortage or booking mistake. Trims card develop and issue for merchandiser & production/finishing dept.
∎ Warehouse export control, Loading as per CTP system. Buyer wise organize finishing goods. Export document control after shipment moved & inform to management time to time. Bole seal control.
∎ Empty cartons control as per order qty. Cartons sticker organize from concern dept if require. Document control buyer wise & PO wise.
∎ Leftover trims control, organize buyer wise and highlight to concern mrch dept and management.
∎ Leftover and kill gmts control buyer wise and reporting to management.
∎ Warehouse trims & export works distribution and follow up. Daily labour control and organize. Loading unloading follow up.
∎ Operational efficiencies, productivity and time utilization, team building and staff leadership, relationship building, strategic visions and project planning . Fast and spot decision making, leader ship and problem solving, budget and cost control.
∎ Subcon factory trims fabric follow up.
∎ Daily attend PP meeting and production review meeting with all concern person.
∎ Coordinating all aspects of pollution control, waste management, recycling, environmental health, conservation and renewable energy;
∎ Ensuring compliance with environmental legislation;
∎ Promoting and raising awareness in respective department of the impact of emerging environmental issues, whether legislative or best practice, on factory, ethical and social responsibility;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Store Recording, Controlling and Variance Analysis
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories, Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting), Group of Companies
∎ Self-motivated, self-organized and responsible.
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication and presentation skills.
∎ Good Computer knowledge (Windows, Word, Excel, Internet).
∎ Proficiency (both written and spoken) in English and Bangla are Compulsory, proficiency in other languages will be an advantage.
∎ Good intellectual, analytical & managerial skills.
