Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 2 to 4 years experience in same position
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain & follow-up of Stock Register for all sorts of incoming and outgoing Items i.e. Yearn, ribbon, Ink, accessories & finished goods, etc. in ERP system.
∎ Maintain Stock Register for all Local Trims, Accessories, Stationary, and Printing, etc.
∎ Ensure in-house stocking of all accessories according to buyer's demand with proper inventory control.
∎ Ensure all accessories supply to the factory according to consumption and requisition receipts.
∎ Ensure total safety of full store area and maintain proper hygiene.
∎ Strictly maintain Swatch Card/Trims Card, BIN card with error-free recording.
∎ Proper synchronization with the Purchase Department to ensure smooth receipts of all sorts of inventories.
∎ Face periodical inventory with external & internal auditors.
∎ Carry out communications with suppliers to meet any emergency.
∎ Submit a closing report of all remaining accessories and other inventories after any shipment are fully done to the management.
∎ Maintain & follow-up of PI, L/C, Shipment Schedule (ETD & ETA) routinely.
∎ Must possess clear knowledge on FIFO, LIFO & Weighted Average Methods to apply the best one to determine the inventory value and to do closing inventory valuation and must be able to determine re-ordering level.
∎ Manage and supervise all staff to perform their respective duties in a time-saving manner, professionally & honestly.
∎ Take care of stock lots and preparation and submission of the stock report to appropriate management.
∎ Submission of the fortnightly stock report and monthly stock report to appropriate management.
