- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in store management, preferably in manufacturing/chemical/artificial leather industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems (ERP experience preferred).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Supervise overall store operations to ensure smooth inventory management.
- Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials, chemicals, finished goods, and spare parts.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuing of materials as per company policy.
- Plan and monitor stock levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Implement effective store management systems, including FIFO/FEFO.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments for timely material support.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in the store.
- Lead and train store staff to achieve operational excellence.
