Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor daily operations to ensure alignment with company goals and KPIs.
∎ Analyze and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

∎ Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental guidelines.
∎ Oversee customer service teams to maintain high standards of service delivery and satisfaction.
∎ Develop strategies to improve customer retention and resolve escalated complaints.
∎ Track and analyze operational metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate operations and customer service teams to achieve targets.

∎ Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and implement data-driven solutions.
∎ Streamline supply chain and delivery processes to improve turnaround times and reduce costs.
