• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in store management, preferably in manufacturing/chemical/artificial leather industry. 
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems (ERP experience preferred). 
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. 
• Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.

• Supervise overall store operations to ensure smooth inventory management.

• Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials, chemicals, finished goods, and spare parts.

• Ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuing of materials as per company policy.

• Plan and monitor stock levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.

• Implement effective store management systems, including FIFO/FEFO.

• Conduct periodic stock audits and prepare reports for management.

• Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments for timely material support.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in the store.

• Lead and train store staff to achieve operational excellence.

• Any other work directed by top management.
