• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Group of Companies, Packaging Industry

• The applicants should have 5 years of experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Food (Packaged)/Beverage.

• Experienced in Steel Industry will be an added advantage.

• Experience in ISO System working .

• Ability to work under stressful situation.

• Knowledge of ERP software’s, MIS and proper store, bookkeeping and inventory management.

• Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.

• Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the complete inventory management, stock control, and material movement in our Plant. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in foil raw material, spare parts, and finished goods management, with strong expertise in ERP-based inventory systems

• Manage store operations efficiently, ensuring smooth handling of raw materials, finished goods, and other inventory items.

• Maintain accurate inventory records through manual logs and ERP/software systems.

• Implement inventory control measures to prevent stock shortages, overstocking, and wastage.

• Monitor and coordinate stock movement between different departments (procurement, production, and dispatch).

• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and categorization of all materials.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards in store management.

• Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, as per the procedure.

• Safe receive, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch.

• Ensure adherence to Inventory Management System (i.e. First in First Out) for Material storage in safe and secured environment.

• Maintain Company prescribed material/goods storage norms.

• Maintaining the minimum stock level of every essential material and informing the supervisor.

• Collection of Materials Purchase Requisition (MPR) from different sections and taking necessary steps for further action.

• To assist the Purchase Officer in ensuring appropriate procurement of the materials.

• Following appropriate store inventory and methods as deemed fit.

• Ensuring proper tagging and storing of raw materials & goods in appropriate places.

• Measuring & storing of incoming raw materials.

• Routine stock details.

• Liaison with procurement department for smooth store management.

• Ensure that dispatches are per Company dispatch plan.

• Ensure only quality products are dispatched.

• Any other work assigned by the management as and when required.
