Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate or Post Graduate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM), BSc in Animal Husbandry will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Animal Breeding, Farm Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and monitoring poultry production / Operations
∎ Managing the day to day activities
∎ Disease diagnosis and treatment
∎ Prepare and analysis monthly/weekly report as per management requirement
∎ To oversee overall farm management such as : production, people management; litter control; bio-security control; make feed and medicine balance.
∎ Increase production efficiency and reduces any losses and accident.
∎ To reduce production costs by using maximum honesty and afford.
∎ To manage the crisis situation as and when arise in terms of farm operations in line with the business.
∎ Ensure the farm is running well in line with the corporate vision of SHPL.
∎ Liaise with local govt. authority and other relevant bodies regularly to ensure smooth operation of the business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill in English and Bangla.
∎ Learn at a rapid pace and adapt to change.
∎ Should be capable to work as individual or in team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Comfort and familiarity with computers and the Internet
Salary: Negotiable
