∎ Skills Required: Analytical ability, Effective email communication, Problem solving and decision making

Job Context:
∎ Recruited personnel shall hold a very crucial & responsible position.
∎ He may has to work on infrastructure development of Supply Chain operations of the organization.
∎ Directly reporting to the Management.
∎ Detailed query / work info shall be disclosed during face-to-face interview.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement a supply chain infrastructure to manage effects of demand variability.
∎ Lead the team for effective management of Logistics operation in receiving, inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of items as per company policy.
∎ Develop a high effective, efficient and cross functional design process.
∎ Ensures continuity of supply and optimal Product flow to support high volume Export operations.
∎ Sourcing of required goods (Both Local and International) and analysis of cost Variance.
∎ Execute all purchasing according to the capacity of store and inventory policy to maximize the use of working capital for unfinished and finished goods under different category.
∎ Ensure Maximum profitability of the organization through optimum utilization of resources, just in time delivery of product and materials and maintaining Economic order Qty. (EOQ).
∎ Manage integrated Process among operations, Procurement, finance, logistics and others to ensure effective supply chain functions.
∎ Ensure Cost control through effective Inventory Management.
∎ Ensure proper management of Identifying & segregation of damaged/expired/rejected/redundant/non-moving or unusable stock and managing their disposal in time as per company policy.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
