∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
∎ Develops and product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
∎ Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
∎ Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
∎ Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
∎ Built up the Market intelligence connecting to information, Liaison, Communications and ensure the business with project holders.
∎ Plan, Direct and Implement the Company’s Sales Strategy for different Government, Semi Government, Private and Industrial Projects.
∎ Monitors competitor products/service standards and marketing activities.
∎ Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
∎ Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
∎ Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
∎ Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
∎ To take responsibility to achieve targets both in volume and value, responsible for overall sales planning, promoting and sales activities of the Business.
∎ Handle a massive sales team, and direct sales team to achieve both individual and company goal.
∎ Explore market intelligence report to sustain Business and Strategic planning.
∎ Brilliant leadership aptitude, inventiveness, initiatives potentiality, and rising up resourceful Sales Team who competent to manage both corporate and individual customer with full satisfaction.
∎ Oversee business development activities including; Government liaison; liaison with key consumers; new product development.
∎ Enhance and improve the positioning and image of the brand including; Adverts and corporate communications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in marketing of building materials in corporate sector will be given preference
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Fluent both in English & Bengali.
∎ Capable of handling multitasking & work under pressure.
∎ Ceramics background experience will be given priority.
Salary:
