Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage HR functions including office time, leave management, Grievance Management and disciplinary functions effectively.
∎ Should have knowledge on labour Law.
∎ Responsible for entire recruitment.
∎ Ensure the training and Development Programmed is appropriate to retain staff and to enhance their knowledge and skills and health and safety programs.
∎ Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
∎ Advice, guide and support the HR, Compliance & Welfare team in adopting best HR Practice across the Organization.
∎ Responsible for implementing & Monitoring of HR polices as per local law rules, regulations and company policies.
∎ Responsible for salary & wages management and performance management through appraisal form.
∎ Should have knowledge of preparing and tracking KPI based assessment an evaluation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 08-10 years of practical experience in the relevant field and at least 3years' experience as head of HR.
