Role Summary
The Head of the Team (Sales) is responsible for bti Brokerage for spearheading the sales department`s performance, ensuring the brokerage meets its revenue objectives through the sale and rental of residential and commercial properties. You will be the bridge between top management`s vision and the front-line execution, fostering a culture of excellence, transparency, and "Customer First" service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales Management
Target Deployment: Translate annual organizational goals into monthly/quarterly targets for the sales team.
Market Intelligence: Monitor the Dhaka real estate landscape to identify emerging hotspots and shifts in buyer behavior.
Pipeline Oversight: Audit the sales funnel daily to ensure leads are being nurtured and moved toward closing efficiently.
2. Leadership & Talent Development
Mentorship: Actively participate in high-value negotiations to provide "on-the-job" coaching for team members.
Performance Monitoring: Implement a rigorous KPI framework to track conversion rates, call-to-visit ratios, and closing speeds.
Training: Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions on luxury selling, objection handling, and real estate law.
3. Listing & Inventory Strategy
Exclusivity: Drive the team to secure "Exclusive" listings, ensuring bti Brokerage has the most competitive portfolio in the market.
Valuation Accuracy: Ensure all properties in the portfolio are priced correctly based on market data to maintain bti’s reputation for fairness.
4. Stakeholder & Brand Management
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Marketing team to optimize lead quality and with the Legal team to ensure "hassle-free" title transfers.
Brand Integrity: Ensure every client interaction reflects the bti legacy of trust and professionalism.
