Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Bachelor Degree with good academic records.
∎ Education related Textile Engineering will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Quality Control/ Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Develop and ensure Total Quality Management (TQM) and Quality Management System (QMS).
∎ 2. Ensure all fabric quality parameter according to quality manual of different buyer.
∎ 3. Ensure yarn test report before start bulk knitting.
∎ 4. Ensure lab dip submitting to customer to start bulk dyeing.
∎ 5. Instant solution if cutting found any defect during cutting of delivered finished fabrics.
∎ 6. Fabrics defect and root cause analysis.
∎ 7. Process development of knitting, dyeing, finishing and quality assurance.
∎ 8. Fabric inspection as per 4 point and 9 based system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Clear knowledge on knitting to Finished fabric process defect & excellent problem solving ability.
∎ Good knowledge on lab test process & sample approval system
∎ Fair knowledge on Print, Embroidery & other supporting job.
∎ On the Spot decision making ability.
∎ Fair knowledge on fabric type, composition, GSM etc
∎ General knowledge on Garments Cutting, Sewing & Finishing.
∎ Good knowledge on Dyeing Process.
∎ No need to Apply those who are not experienced to work with Knit Fabric Quality system in a knit composite factory.
∎ Freshers need not apply.
Salary: Negotiable
