Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly and yearly deposit target and portfolio growth.
∎ Ensure retention of mature encashment and reduction of premature encashment.
∎ Perform daily sales visit and report to the Head of Deposit Mobilization.
∎ Check and submit deposit form to the operation department and ensure correction of information in the form from the team.
∎ Supervise, monitor, and train team members.
∎ Resolve team liability audit/compliance issues, integrity issues and disciplinary issues.
∎ Update team's Daily Visit Plan and Monthly business projection.
∎ Visit potential customers with team members.
∎ Any other tasks from the Department Head.
