Job Context:
∎ Candidates with 1000 marks / CA (CC) with partly qualified
∎ Having BI experience are preferred.
∎ Must have 5 years experience in Garments & Textile sector.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Business planning, reporting & Budgeting support
∎ Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods.
∎ Work with seniors in preparation of operational budgets and segregate them customer wise.
∎ Implement operational best practices and identify areas of Revenue and Cost Optimization.
∎ MIS & Data Analysis for Sales
∎ Oversee preparation of sales data segregated customer wise, unit wise, raw materials used, pre & post costing, etc.
∎ Analysis of sales and marketing data to aid decisions related to achievement of sales target.
∎ Analysis of other customer & unit wise data, etc. and ensure findings are communicated to seniors for taking appropriate action.
∎ Highlight errors, if any, in the expenditure/ income statements from each customer (all operational expenses including material, maintenance, transport and other miscellaneous expenses as well).
∎ Develop standard procedures to manage and maintain business operational and financial objectives.
∎ Setting standard cost and analysis of variation and efficiency
∎ Assist in preparing strategic plan by analyzing trends and forecast. Work with seniors in doing cost management & revenue accounting, etc.
∎ Maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics such as competitor analysis, market share, demographic trends, and growth projections.
∎ Understand business direction and needs and develop solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts.
∎ Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
∎ Submission of periodic Customer-Product/Style-Order wise report ranking with profitability based on order financial and physical closing.
∎ Development of Operational Process cost
